Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Who you are buying from
Awesome Video Studio is operated by Javier Cristóbal Gutiérrez, a self-employed professional (autónomo) based in Spain. By using this site or buying a product you agree to these terms.
Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on record for your purchase, issues your invoice and handles applicable VAT or sales tax, so Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction itself.
2. What you are buying
Every product on this site is a digital download: templates, presets and motion assets for DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Nothing physical is shipped. Products are delivered by download link after payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
Compatibility is stated on each product page. It is your responsibility to check that your editor and version are listed before buying. If a product does not work on a configuration we said it supports, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
3. Licence
When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it. Specifically, you may:
- use it in unlimited personal and commercial projects;
- use it in paid client work and monetised videos;
- install it on the machines you personally work on.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the files;
- include them in a template, pack or product that is itself sold or distributed;
- share your download links or account access with people outside your organisation;
- claim authorship of the assets themselves, or register them as your own intellectual property.
In short: use the output anywhere you like, but do not redistribute the source files. See the full licence for detail.
4. Refunds and right of withdrawal
We offer a refund policy on digital purchases as described on our refunds page. If something is broken or not as described, contact us first: most issues are fixed the same day.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once download begins, and you expressly consent to immediate delivery at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
5. Price and tax
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time; the price you paid is the one on your invoice. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing country.
6. Updates and availability
We may update products to fix bugs or add compatibility with new editor versions. Where we do, updates to a product you bought are provided at no extra cost. We may also retire a product from sale; if that happens you keep your licence and your existing downloads, but we may stop issuing updates for it.
We do our best to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the site or its delivery systems. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
8. Liability
Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost projects, lost renders or lost profit. Keep backups of your work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and the version in force is the one published when you bought.
